My Approach to Therapy

My role as a therapist isn’t to give you advice or tell you what to do, but to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can find your own answers.

You Are the Expert in the Room

I work using a person-centered approach, which is a way of saying that I believe you are the expert on your own life. You hold the capacity for your own healing and growth. I’ll walk alongside you, listening with empathy and offering reflections to help you gain clarity, but our work will always be guided by your unique experiences, values, and pace.

Who I Work With

While I work with adults from all walks of life, my practice has a special focus on providing affirming therapy for:

  • Anyone struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress, and burnout.
  • LGBTQIA+ and GSRD individuals seeking a space to explore identity, relationships, or any of life’s challenges.
  • Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autistic) who need a therapeutic approach that works with their brain, not against it.

How We Can Work Together

I offer online counselling sessions, providing a convenient and accessible way for us to connect from a space where you feel most comfortable. Our sessions are a confidential and dedicated time for you, every week.

Sex Worker Allied: I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space for individuals in the sex industry to discuss any aspect of their life and work.

HIV / AIDS Allied: I provide a stigma-free, knowledgeable, and supportive environment for individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
